DECLARATION OF ASSUMPTION OF RESPONSABILITY
The undersigned, as owner or owner's representative, of the yatch with official registration nš declares as follows:
That the vessel has all the required equipment on board; That he accepts the owner's responsibilities as indicated in the Regatta Instructions and that he agrees that the regatta organization is exempt for any and all responsibility for accidents to persons or things, damage, loss or whatever else may occur on land or at sea as a consequence of his participation in the regatta; To have arranged adequate insurance for the vessel and crew. To have informed his crew of this assumption of responsibility according to the present declaration.
